Is God Calling Me? Chapters 5-6

Starting in Chapter 5, it starts talking about really discerning the call God has put in your life. Discerning is when you try and see what it is, and putting it to work in your life so that you can live it out the way God called for you to live it. In your life, God has given you a call in your life for you to follow, whether its an English teacher or a garbage man. God has given us a position in life to really just spread the gospel to any one of our peers that need the word of God in their lives. God doesn't want us to live a mediocre life, but He wants us to live a life He has for us, which is the most fulfilling life that we could have. God wants to have a relationship with us, and when He does He has many things in store for us, including accomplishments and failures that we will learn from. Chapter 6 starts off by talking about the effects of the call that God has for us. When God calls us to whatever He wants us to be, the call will effect not only our relationships that we have, but it will effect our overview of the world and your life. God uniquely does this for you so that you may be totally affected by the call so that you may put the energy not only into the work that He has for you, but so that you may put energy into changing the lives of the people around you. That's God's call, and the effects that come with it.
